There’s no doubt that what we’re going through right now is overwhelming. On top of the stresses of everyday life, we're concerned about the effect the coronavirus will have on us and our family. While we should stay informed (check out the no panic guide to coronavirus care), we should walk away from the constant coverage from time to time. “Take a moment not to wonder, think or obsess. Just breathe…and do the next right thing”

It also helps to talk things out with friends or family. Sharing information and concerns can be calming as well. This is just a quick reminder to take care of yourself mentally as well as physically. If you're having a lot of difficulties, you may want to seek professional help.
